I had a great stay! The staff were kind and efficient, and always had a smile on their face. The hotel was sparkling clean and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel's free shuttle service to the airport was super convenient as well, taking one less worry off my mind. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and filling - the perfect start to my day!

The hotel had a great location, with many attractions nearby. the staff were also friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a good breakfast and had clean and spacious rooms. the facilities are all brand new, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The hotel was not very well maintained. Some of the facilities were not functioning as they should have.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and has easy access to the city. The room was clean and spacious, with modern amenities such as a kettle, which is a nice touch. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome during my Easter stay.
There were a few negative aspects to my stay at the hotel. The restaurant was a bit disappointing and lacked a sense of urgency, resulting in sometimes forgotten or delayed orders.

Great hotel staff, efficient check-in/check-out, organized transfer and ticket assistance, accommodating and pleasant staff, small fee for ironing clothes, lent me scissors.
